North Star Building

Veridian retained Isthmus Architecture to develop a new apartment building in their Grand View neighborhood project on Madison’s East side. The three-story brick structure is located on a prominent intersection at the village green. The apartments have panoramic views of the downtown skyline. The design of this neighborhood is based upon the precepts of Traditional Neighborhood planning. That predilection is evident in the massing and streamline architectural treatment, intended to establish character and scale that is welcoming to residents and visitors.
