About The Project
Isthmus Architecture, Inc. contracted with the State of Wisconsin to conduct an exterior building condition survey of the University of Wisconsin – Stout iconic clock tower building and a condition survey of the clock tower interior. Four separately bound reports were prepared; an Exterior Condition Assessment, a Preservation Plan, an Abbreviated Historic Structure Report and a Project Scope and Budget Report.
